Montgomeryshire has a fantastic range of mammals, from the tiny Pygmy Shrew to the great Red Deer, from aerial masters such as pipistrelle bats to expert swimmers like otters. With approximately 40 species of mammals in Montgomeryshire, there is plenty to see, without being overwhelming.

Hog attack
It's Hedgehogs again, but how could I not post this amazing footage of a vicious attack which took place over my feeder, in the early hours of this morning!
I can confirm that both walked away seemingly unhurt!
The aggressor looks like a female to me. Could having young be an explanation for this behaviour?
